  Please read all of the review as it is in 2 parts...Have been going there for the past 2-3 years (usually once a week) Very impressed with the quality of food and the excellent service. Staff and owner go out of their way to please. Very reasonable prices. Will continue to go there. (This review was given 9 months ago and I had given 5 Stars!) UPDATE!!! Today, my partner and I returned to this Han's knowing that the previous owner, Christine had moved on and that new owners were in control. First impressions were that male receptionist had the personality of a shop dummy.. .seemed disinterested and I might have seen a flicker of a smile, but I don't think so. We both ordered Mi Goring. My partners meal had 6 small prawns.. mine had NONE!! Supposed to be identical meals! Mine was a meal of, virtually, all noodles with very little else.The one piece of octopus was so rubbery that I had to swallow it whole. The noodles were quite dry and appeared to be on the verge of under cooked. The water bottle and glasses did not arrive until our meal had been two thirds eaten. Rather late! The small balcony has always had four tables but the new owners have somehow managed to cram an extra 8 chairs into a very confined space. Luckily there were only four other people on the balcony. Obviously we will not be going back which I am sad about as we have had many beautiful meals at this venue in the past.

  Vegetarian options a plus for me. Asian food always win. Friendly staff.

  Terrible customer service. Poor phone manner. No indication as to what the opening hours were over the Christmas/New Year period, not even an answering machine message. They would have got one star if it wasn't for the food, which used to be the only thing that kept me coming back but I am starting to doubt I will want to return at all now.
